Small Works
27 December 07

I have challenged myself recently to try some drawing at a smaller scale. Previously, I was doing most drawings at 24" W x 36" H. However, I really enjoyed working out of small sketch books when I went to france, so decided to try them with figure drawing. It's a very big change, because you need to also change all the tools you use. Conti crayons don't work well in a 6"x6" or 5"x7" sketchbook, so it's been an interesting adjustment working with other tools.
